Does it diagnose acne or another skin condition?+
No. It is intended for cosmetic skincare guidance and product discovery. Painful, persistent, rapidly changing or scarring concerns should be assessed by a qualified clinician.
Do I need to download an app?+
No. A connected analyzer can run in the browser. A mobile phone is usually the easiest device because it already has a front-facing camera.
How long should the process take?+
The intended flow is short: assessment, selfie and routine. The exact time depends on the external analysis service that Kelpcare connects.
What happens to my selfie?+
The Shopify page itself does not process or store a selfie. When an external analyzer is connected, its handling, retention and deletion practices must be described in Kelpcare’s privacy notice.
