At Kelpcare, we want your skincare to reach you quickly, safely, and exactly as ordered. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your order, how long delivery takes across Pakistan, and how you can track your parcel every step of the way.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Orders placed on a working day are prepared and handed to our courier within one business day.
• Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day.
• During sale periods or peak demand, processing may take slightly longer — if so, we'll keep you informed.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation via SMS / WhatsApp / and email along with your tracking number.

Shipping Partner

We deliver your orders securely across Pakistan through our trusted courier partner, Fastex. Every parcel is carefully packed to protect your products in transit, so your skincare arrives sealed and in perfect condition.

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched (after the 24-hour processing window). Timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or remote delivery areas.

Simply enter your tracking number on the Fastex tracking page to see real-time updates on your shipment. If your tracking status hasn't updated within 2 hours of dispatch, please reach out to us and we'll check on it for you.

Shipping Charges & Payment

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your name, full address, and phone number at checkout. Kelpcare is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. note for any re-shipping we charge 300 Rupees.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders, which value is 2000 Rupees, order which value is less than a 2000 rupees a  flat rate of Rs. 250 applies.
